Hi,
You received insider information from a top Hedge Fund manager. Information is gathered in a word document, data analysis in an Excel spreadsheet. Hastily you download the files, 2x click. You just can’t wait, in a couple of days, thanks to this information you’ll finally be a High Net Worth customer, private bankers will invite you for wine tasting sessions and golf contests! But… nothing happens. Is the file encrypted??
Yes and no. You friend may just have overlooked that he’s using Office 2007 and 99% of Office users are still using earlier versions of the same software.
