Hi,
A human brain is 1400cc in size and 100 000 times slower than a modern computer. Yet Gary Kasparov managed to beat Deep Blue quite a few times since their first encounter in 1996. Even though the Word Champion has been defeated more recently, a human being has still inflicted severe defeats to the most advanced computer of its time. Impressive when we all know that computers are smarter, faster and better looking than we are?
Why is that?
Let’s say that modern computers are nothing more than giant calculators without a brain: they just calculate series of equations without too much of interaction within the equations. Hi,
I just wanted to share a tip with you today on how to get historical financial data FREE from the internet in a matter of minutes.
Back in the days I was working in a bank I had my own Bloomberg and Reuters terminals. Access to financial information was not a problem. In case I couldn’t find the information I needed: a support tech from either Bloomberg or Reuters would get back to me within the minute and assist me either on the phone or online and deal with the problem in a snap.
Now these days are gone… I now am my own information provider and support tech! 
I am well aware of the cost of financial information. The thing is: I am not willing to pay… Still I need this information to run some correlation tests and volatility analysis.
So if you need information and don’t want to pay (like me…) read what follows!

No I am not (yet) selling myself to the highest bidder.
I am just suggesting that you hire “Name Manager” for Excel. The best thing is that you can hire it for FREE…
Why would I need Name Manager?
Let’s say that you have a complex spreadsheet, many workbooks and many variables or complex formulas.
